Common questions

How do I activate my license?

Your license is tied to your shop and activates when you enter it in the Connection settings. If you've replaced a machine or need a fresh license, email us and we'll get you a new one — installs at your location are unlimited.

Does it change my PowerFab data?

No, it's read-only. FabIS Pulse never writes to your PowerFab database — we recommend connecting with a read-only database user, so it's safe by design.

My dashboards look out of date — how do I refresh?

FabIS Pulse pulls fresh data on demand — use the refresh action in the app, and it also refreshes in the background on a new day. If a panel still looks off, email support and we'll take a look.

Where does my data live?

On your own network. FabIS Pulse runs on a Windows PC in your shop and reads your PowerFab database directly — nothing is uploaded to the cloud.
